What is your after-sales service?

1. After-sales service is one of our key concern. CETC are providing our high-quality service to our clients aiming to meet and surpass the clients’ expectations.

A: Installation service: CETC could provide installation service after our equipment reached the site at clients’ need. Our charges will be reasonable and assuring our CETC systems working properly after installation and do commissioning of our systems, provided there are no system damages caused during improper transportation handling or man-made harm.  

B: Training service: CETC could provide training service to both our partners and end users at clients’ need. Our charges will be reasonable and could provide test as well as training certificate when you need.

C: Debugging and Maintenance service: CETC could provide maintenance service to our clients. Our charges will be reasonable and could assure to issue a maintenance report to the user after maintenance work.

 

2. We also have several methods of after-sales service available for end user’s choice according to the client’s preference:

A. Site visit after-sales service:  Our engineer could fly to the site and do the after-sales as well as maintenance service with reasonable cost.

B. On-line technical analysis and support: We could do on-line technical analysis to the end users’ requirements and guide the technician at site to do the repair or maintenance accordingly.

C. Telephone technical guidance: We provide technical guidance service to our clients through telephone. 24 hours service telephone is available.
