3. What's certificates do you have?
We have CE,ISO,FCC,FDA,ROHS,IP65, Radiation Safety Permit, AAA Credit Level Enterprise, Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate, Hardware Design Patent, Health Test Reports etc. Also, more new certificates are under application, will share soon.
4.Does your company have core technology?
BVE have been concentrating on intelligent security technology development and have a dedicated R&D team, manufacturing base as well as professional sales and after sales team with many years’field experience. Combining the vacuum and microwave technology, BVE’s main security business covers container scanner, various sized vehicle scanner, x-ray baggage scanner, human body security checking equipment as well as explosives, narcotics & liquid detector etc.
5.How long is the lead time?
Normal order for regular models per unit Production Time: within 1 week after receiving full payment.
Specific delivery time depends on models, configuration requirements and quantity requirement.
6. Does your company could provide customzied services?
Yes, we can provied the customzied services. We have the professional technology team and basic on customer requirements to design csutomzied the products.
We can provide OEM, ODM and SKD services.
7. What's your min order quantity?
Different items no different quantity. We are available for one peice for sample machine.
8. What is your payment terms?
Normally T/T 100% before shipment.
We could also do L/C, D/P or D/A according to specific project situation.
9. How many ways of transportation and what is your products's package?
We have Ocean freight, Air freight, Rail and Truck transportation.
For package, we usually use the composite wood pallet, vacuum bag and so on.
We have professional logistics team and can provide best service and price.
10. How long is your warranty?
Warranty period could be tailored according to project need. Regullarly, there will be 1 year free warranty.
The client could also choose to extend the warranty period with reasonable charges accordingly.
11. What is your after-sales service?
After-sales service is one of our key concern. CETC are providing our high-quality service to our clients aiming to meet and surpass the clients’ expectations.
A: Installation service: CETC could provide installation service after our equipment reached the site at clients’ need. Our charges will be reasonable and assuring our CETC systems working properly after installation and do commissioning of our systems, provided there are no system damages caused during improper transportation handling or man-made harm.
B: Training service: CETC could provide training service to both our partners and end users at clients’ need. Our charges will be reasonable and could provide test as well as training certificate when you need.
C: Debugging and Maintenance service: CETC could provide maintenance service to our clients. Our charges will be reasonable and could assure to issue a maintenance report to the user after maintenance work.
We also have several methods of after-sales service available for end user’s choice according to the client’s preference:
A. Site visit after-sales service: Our engineer could fly to the site and do the after-sales as well as maintenance service with reasonable cost.
B. On-line technical analysis and support: We could do on-line technical analysis to the end users’ requirements and guide the technician at site to do the repair or maintenance accordingly.
C. Telephone technical guidance: We provide technical guidance service to our clients through telephone. 24 hours service telephone is available.

We have our own big factory as our total security solutions manufacturing base. Could be able to handling various projects at clients’ need.
