So, what does each x-ray screening system model mean?
First of all:
BVE means our company name, it comes from our company full name: Beijing Vacuum Electronic technology co., Ltd.
Secondly:
For x-ray baggage scanners:
the first two numbers in four total numbers, or the first three numbers in six total numbers means the tunnel width:
For example:
in BVE-5030B: 50 means about 50cm Width of the x-ray scanner tunnel size
In BVE-100100T: 100 means about 100cm Width of the x-ray inspection system tunnel size
the last two numbers in four total number, or the last three numbers in six total number means the tunnel height:
For example:
in BVE-5030B: 50 means about 30cm Height of the x-ray scanner tunnel size
In BVE-100100T: 100 means about 100cm Height of the x-ray inspection system tunnel size
For vehicle scanner:
BVE-200, 300 means the x-ray generator is with corresponding x-ray source power, like 300 in BVE-300 could use 320KV x-ray generator.
For container scanner:
In BVE-6000G, 6000 means the x-ray source/ x ray accelerator has the strongest power of 6MeV.
Thirdly:
A in BVE-5030A means single energy, only this BVE-5030A x-ray machine use single energy technology and other models use multiple-energy technology.
B like in BVE-5030B, BVE-6040B means: The x-ray beam direction is from the Bottom of the x-ray machine upward to the top.
D like in BVE-6040D, BVE-100100D means: The systems of this kind of model using Dual x-ray generator, showing Dual x-ray imaging onto Dual display monitors, which has different angle of imaging to facilitate operators more easily judge the threats.
T like in BVE-10080T, BVE-100100T means: The x-ray beam direction is from the Top of the x-ray scanner downward.
M like in BVE-8065M, BVE-7500M means the system is Mobile type.
