Compared with traditional security inspections, terahertz human body security inspection systems can not only detect metals, but also non-metallic objects such as liquids, ceramics, colloids, and powders. Security inspection information is transmitted and stored in real time, achieving "pre-warning and post-event traceability". The speed of passing the security check without staying increases the efficiency of the security check from the traditional 240 people/hour to no less than 1500 people/hour. Effectively improve the public security inspection experience, while also reducing the work burden of security personnel.
At present, in addition to large-scale events, terahertz body security systems can also be seen in subways, train stations and other places.
